Privacy Policy for QuillUp

Last updated: December 21, 2025

This Privacy Policy describes how Spread Global Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile application QuillUp (the “App”).

By using QuillUp, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

At this stage of development, QuillUp does not collect, store, or share any personal information.

Specifically:

  • We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

  • We do not require user registration or login.

  • We do not collect or share location data.

  • We do not collect photos or media files from your device.

Any photos you use (for example, when taking a picture of a toy) remain on your device only and are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Analytics and App Usage Data

We may collect limited anonymous usage information to improve the App’s performance — for example:

  • how many stories are created,

  • how often the App is opened,

  • and which features are most used.

This data is collected in aggregate form only and cannot be used to identify any individual user or device.

If analytics are enabled, they are handled through Apple’s or Google’s anonymous analytics tools, depending on your platform settings.

3. Children’s Privacy

QuillUp is designed for children aged 2–6 and complies with the principles of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we later introduce optional account features requiring limited data (such as an email for parents), we will request verifiable parental consent before collecting or using such information.

4. Third-Party Services

QuillUp:

  • does not include third-party advertising,

  • does not use tracking technologies such as cookies or pixels,

  • and does not share data with any external partners for marketing purposes.

All story generation and voice playback features operate within the App or through secure, anonymized requests to service providers that comply with standard privacy safeguards.

5. Data Security

Because we do not store personal data, no personally identifiable information can be lost or disclosed.

If future features require data storage, we will apply strong encryption and comply with GDPR, COPPA, and other relevant privacy laws.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted inside the App and on our official website.

Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
